A Touch of Utopia Spa Policies

Payment
Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and A Touch of Utopia Gift Certificates, money orders and local checks (with local photo ID) are all accepted. All Sales are Final (including Gift Certificates). No Cash Refunds.  

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guest and team members, A Touch of Utopia requires a Strict 24-hour notice (1 business day) of cancellation for all single services. For multiple services or spa packages, a 48-hour (2 business days) notice of cancellation is required

All services scheduled are reserved with a clients credit card number or Gift Certificate not to be charged until the day of service, unless other payment arrangements are made on that day. 

A 50% charge of all services will be made to the card in the absence of a timely cancellation. 

All appointments are courtesy confirmed two business days in advance. 

All Prices and Services are subject to change without prior notice. 

There will be a $30 NSF Fee charged on all returned checks. 

Gift certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are expected to make payment before you leave. If you pay with a credit card we will credit your account within one week, once the gift certificate is brought into A Touch of Utopia Day Spa. If exchange exceeds amount of certificate, customer is required to pay additional charges.  Gift Certificates may only be redeemed for services or products - no cash refunds.

Reservations
Reservations are assured with credit card or a gift certificate. We recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance. 

Cancellations 
As a courtesy to other guest and our team members, please give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. A credit card or gift certificate deposit will be required at the time of booking your reservation. Client may be expected to reschedule appointment if client exceeds 15 or more minutes into scheduled appointment time or their service time will be reduced to the amount of time remaining. A gift certificate appointment not canceled within 24 hours will be considered as a no show and a 50 % charge will be automatically deducted.

Miscellaneous 
We are a spa providing treatment to induce relaxation: in consideration of our other clients and your own comfort, we recommend you provide alternate care for children under the age of 13 during your appointment time. As a courtesy to our guests we ask that cell phones be placed to silent or vibrate during your visit with us.
