What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdemabrasion is a non-surgical procedure performed with a medical grade Microderm machine to ensure
overall skin "resurfacing" creating smooth, radiant, younger looking skin. 

Our Microdemabrasion service is a skin rejuvenation procedure intended to smooth wrinkles and fine lines, improve the appearance of scars, reduce the size of your pores and remove age and sun spots. It can be considered an intense exfoliator.

How does it work?

A controlled spray of very fine crystals is applied to the surface of the skin, removing the upper layer of the epidermis. While emitting the spray our equipment will also simultaneously work to clear excess crystals and the skin's cellular debris. This process helps the skin cells to stimulate new collagen, resulting in increased skin firmness and tone.

What should I expect  after treatment?

There is virtually no downtime involved with this procedure, though Microdemabrasion clients are counseled to wear sunscreen after treatment, as their skin will be more photo-sensitive. Immediately following treatment for skin will have a slightly pink hue, creating a fresh look.

Skin imperfections are diminished and the skin seems softer and rejuvenated. The best results come to clients who continue Microdemabrasion treatments over a period of time.
